Welcome to Hello Mama. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Hello Mama mobile application ("Hello Mama", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), provided by Wirey Playground.

1. Information You Enter Into Hello Mama

You may enter information into the App in order to use its features. Depending on the features you use, this may include information such as:

• Pregnancy dates, such as your last menstrual period or estimated due date
• Pregnancy week and related pregnancy information
• Doctor appointment details
• Questions you would like to ask your healthcare professional
• Personal notes you choose to write
• Baby preparation items and their completion status
• Other information you voluntarily enter into the App

This information is stored locally on your device for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

We do not receive this information on Wirey Playground servers and we do not use the information you enter into the App for our own purposes.

2. Local Storage of Your Data

Hello Mama is designed as a local-first application. Information you enter into the App is stored locally on your device rather than in an account or database operated by us.

Because this information is stored locally, deleting the App, clearing its application data, resetting your device, or losing your device may result in the permanent loss of information stored in Hello Mama.

Unless a backup feature is explicitly provided and described within the App, you should not assume that your Hello Mama data is backed up by us or can be recovered by us.

3. No User Account

Hello Mama does not currently require you to create a user account in order to use the App.

We therefore do not require your name, email address, phone number, password, or similar account information to use the App.

4. How We Use Your Information

We do not use the personal information you enter into Hello Mama for advertising, user profiling, data mining, marketing, or sale to third parties.

Information stored locally by the App is used on your device to provide the features you choose to use, such as calculating pregnancy progress, displaying relevant weekly content, keeping your notes, maintaining preparation lists, and organizing appointment information.

5. Selling or Sharing Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade the personal information you enter into Hello Mama.

We also do not share that information with advertisers or data brokers.

6. AI-Generated Content

You should not assume that information presented by Hello Mama is accurate simply because it appears within the App.

Pregnancy experiences vary significantly from person to person. Information about pregnancy weeks, baby development, body changes, preparation, questions to consider, or other topics presented in Hello Mama is intended only as general informational content.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Hello Mama is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

Content in the App is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. It should not be relied upon to make medical or healthcare decisions.

Always consult a qualified doctor, obstetrician, midwife, or other appropriate healthcare professional regarding your pregnancy, symptoms, medications, test results, treatment, health conditions, or any other medical concerns.

Never delay seeking professional medical advice or disregard advice provided by a qualified healthcare professional because of information presented in Hello Mama.

If you believe that you or your baby may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical care immediately. Do not rely on Hello Mama to determine whether something is an emergency.

8. Pregnancy and Baby Development Information

Pregnancy timelines, fetal development information, baby size comparisons, weight or length estimates, trimester information, and similar content are approximate and intended for general educational purposes.

Actual fetal growth and pregnancy development differ between pregnancies. Comparisons with fruits, vegetables, objects, or other size references are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as measurements of your baby.

9. Doctor Questions and Appointment Features

Hello Mama may suggest questions that you could consider discussing with your healthcare professional. These suggestions are intended only to help you organize and prepare for conversations with your healthcare professional.

Suggested questions do not constitute medical advice and do not indicate that a particular examination, test, medication, or treatment is appropriate or necessary for you.

Appointment and visit-note features are personal organizational tools and should not be considered official medical records.

10. Data Security

Because your Hello Mama information is stored locally on your device, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device.

We encourage you to use the security features available on your device, such as a screen lock, PIN, password, fingerprint, or other device-level protection.

No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information stored on your device.

11. Deleting Your Information

Since the information you enter into Hello Mama is stored locally on your device and is not maintained in an account on our servers, we generally do not have access to it and cannot delete it remotely on your behalf.

Where the App provides controls for deleting particular information, you may use those controls. You may also remove locally stored App information by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App, subject to your device's operating system behavior and any device-level backup settings.

12. Device and Platform Services

Your device operating system, Google Play, or other services provided by your device or platform provider may independently process certain technical or account information when you download, install, update, or use applications.

Such processing is controlled by those providers and is subject to their own privacy policies. Wirey Playground does not control information independently collected by Google, your device manufacturer, your mobile network provider, or other services outside Hello Mama.

13. Third-Party Services

If a future version of Hello Mama introduces third-party services that collect or transmit user information, such as analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud storage, or external AI services, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate to describe those practices.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy following major App updates.

14. Children's Privacy

Hello Mama is intended for adults managing or following a pregnancy and is not designed as a service for children.

We do not knowingly operate Hello Mama for the purpose of collecting personal information from children.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Hello Mama, its features, applicable requirements, or our privacy practices.

When we make changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the App where appropriate.
